DoctusTech was founded by leaders who ran population health at scale. We build AI agents that take on the operational work value-based care organizations depend on: chart prep, coding compliance, HEDIS, analytics, and clinician coaching, all coordinated by KIP.

Our story
DoctusTech began by helping doctors document more accurately for value-based care.
Along the way, we found the next bottleneck: the staff work that supports those doctors. That includes pulling charts together, moving information from faxes into the EMR, and cleaning up data so it can be trusted. Accurate documentation depends on all of it, and no dashboard can do that work.
So we built KIP, a clinical operations brain that connects to an organization’s data and finds where work slows down. Then we built AI agents to take that work on.
When AI labor handles the repetitive tasks, teams can focus on what matters most: their patients.
Our founders
Two perspectives. One problem.
His work showed him how deeply clinical documentation shapes care, quality, and outcomes, and how hard it is for clinicians to give it the time it deserves.
His experience brought a different perspective: how to turn complex technology into systems that work reliably at scale, and how to run the operations behind them.

DoctusTech is a distributed team bringing together healthcare experience, technology, product, design, marketing, and operations.
Our people work across the US, Canada, India, Spain, Argentina, Mexico, and from home offices around the world. Different backgrounds and perspectives are part of how we solve problems, and we stay connected by working closely together.
We don't believe a distributed team has to feel distant. Every few months, we make time to get together, step away from our usual routines, and work side by side. We use those trips to solve problems, share ideas, get to know each other better, and, importantly, have some fun together.
Once a year, we go somewhere just to enjoy each other's company, no laptops, no agenda, just the team, away from work, having fun together. It's become one of our favorite parts of working here.

AI is moving beyond answering questions and into the workflows that run healthcare every day.
We believe the next generation of healthcare technology will give teams more than information. It will give them more capacity to get the work done.
